WeblyBot is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets customers ("chatbot owners") create AI-powered chat widgets powered by Google Gemini, embed them on their websites, and manage them via a dashboard. End users interact with the chatbot through a floating iframe widget embedded on the customer's site.

The platform features a modern vanilla HTML/CSS/JS frontend hosted on Firebase and a robust FastAPI (Python 3.9) backend deployed on Google Cloud Run. It uses Google Cloud Firestore for NoSQL database management and incorporates pure-Python Cosine Similarity + BM25 for RAG architecture without needing a dedicated Vector DB.

Key capabilities include secure user authentication with JWT and bcrypt, file parsing for documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX) and media, web scraping using Scrapy, and payment simulation supporting subscription lifecycles.
